Sphere.easy launched


Spheretex has introduced its newly developed core solution Sphere.easy during the Composite Europe 2017 in Stuttgart. “It was our aim to offer one product that combines several jobs for hand lamination.” explained Spheretex’ Managing Director Christoph Esser.

Sphere.easy combines a highly engineered core material with outer layers of reinforcement. Due to its perfect drapability the core material enhances this world novelty ideally for laminates with all shapes. The turnkey solution guarantees a quicker processing time and delivers a strong and powerful sandwich laminate.

Self-evident Sphere.easy will also be offered in a closed mould version. In that configuration a high-performance flow medium will complement the base version. Sphere.easy IP is characterised by a fast and constant resin flow during the whole infusion or injection process. Even complicated mould layouts won’t stress the complex to its limits.
