Closed mold process

This all-in-one solution consists of four plies and is suitable for FRP parts of up to 9 mm thickness that are made in closed mold process. It is a stitch-bonded combination of outer layers of chopped strand mat, a layer of chopped Sphere.strand (volumized strands) and a layer of polypropylene. PP ensures improved resin flow. Chopped Sphere.strand makes the material very drapable.
