This all-in-one solution consists of four plies: reinforcing layers of choppped strand mat, flow medium and core material. Due to its excellent drapability it is suitable for FRP parts of complex geometry. The layer of core material reduces resin consumption and weight (about 15-20% depending on the layers). Sphere.easy is a cost-saving solution to reduce laminate weight.
